INTERNAL ASSESSMENT FIRST TIME OF 2015 – ISO 9001:2008
From 01/04/2015, the documents relating to ISO 9001:2008 has been provided to all members of the company. After more than 03 months of application, from the end of 06/2015, ISO Board has made the plan of internal assessment for the first time in 2015 aiming to assess the compliance and efficiency of this system.
The assessment has been conducted in many places: Company’s office consting of 3 departments; Service Sector consisting of Warehouse, Mechanical vehicles, Mechanial production and 6 sites in Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Nam Dinh.
The method of assessment is random sampling of the working process, reviewing documents, evidence, interviewing the employees and observation. Upon assessment of actual situation, the assessment results will be rallied and sent to every division, section and work stie for taking remedy or supplementation if necessary.
Internal assessment is played an important role in correcting the documents in line with actual situation, increasing production efficiency and in making preparations for QMS to conduct supervision assessment for the first time expected in Feb 2016.
