TEAMWORK – THE MOST DISTINGUISHING FEATURE OF HICON’S CULTURE
“What do you think is the most distinguishing feature of the company’s culture?”, Mr. Chairman asked on the Saturday morning, June 20th, 2015, in the middle of the discussion about the play named “Who’s the culprit”.
To respond to his inspiring question, every employee of the company expressed their opinions on what are the symbolic characteristics of company culture, what they felt by themselves during the working time in HICON. There were many opinions collected but the Chairman accepted and confirmed the opinion of the majority: “The most distinguishing feature of the HICON’s culture is Teamwork”.
